TRUSSES

Truss assembly is compatible with all our other products and services; reclaimed or veneered trusses are easily made, and trusses involving arches (even compound curves and shapes) are part of our repertoire. Extremely large spans are also possible for us; if it will fit in our buildings, we can assemble it.

We work with extremely tight tolerances during our shop operations; we do not draw a distinction between “cabinet-grade” and “framing grade” carpentry. Using a precise, highly repeatable system for cutting and joinery, all our trusses are assembled gap-free and exactly to project specifications.

As with all our mill work offerings, trusses are assembled in-house prior to shipping to ensure a perfect fit for all elements. Additionally, trusses can be shipped fully assembled if the customer desires, though extremely large pieces might require special arrangements.
